Indramat Rexroth introduced the MAD100B-0150-SA-S2-AH0-05-N1 that are dynamically balanced and come with standard bearings. The three-phase discharge capacity of short-circuited power connections across winding is 1 mm2. The motor housing is coated by RAL 9005 which is code of Jet black. The peak speed is 9000 rpm which is limited by mechanical factors such as e.g. centrifugal forces, bearing strain, or use of a holding brake. For electrical connection, the cable ratings are as per VDE0298-4 and installation type B2 according to EN 60204-1.
The power wire cross-section area is 1 mm2 at 40 degrees C ambient temperature. The vibration severity grade is regular with standard steps as per DIN ISO 2373. The operating voltage of the single turn encoder is 11 V, and it has 2048 increments. However, the signal of the encoder of MAD100B-0150-SA-S2-AH0-05-N1 is sinusoidal having the potential of 1 V. The root-mean-squared phase current of the motor while running at the rated speed of 1500 rpm and rated torque of 30 Nm is 12.9 A. The continuous current and torque at a standstill are 12.5 A and 31 Nm respectively.
