The MAC115D-1-ES-2-C/130-A-0/S001 is a highly reliable brushless AC servomotor from the house of Bosch Rexroth. The motor should be operated only at the permissible ambient temperature between 0?C and 45?C. The unit has an IP 65 protection category. The housing of the product is painted using a black prime coat. The user can apply an extra layer of paint to cover this prime coat. However, the thickness of the extra layers must not exceed 40 mm. The motor comes with ES winding type. The nominal motor speed is 1500 per minute. The mass of the device is 60 kg. The MAC motor can be directly used within the working area of the machine even under poor environmental conditions, including the impact of coolants and soluble oil emulsions. This is because the motor housing is completely enclosed as per protection category IP 65. Also, the power and tacho feedback cables are designed to meet IP 65 demands. The device has a peak pulse current rating of 270 A. Its windings resistance is 2.4 mH. The thermal time constant of the motor is 60 minutes. Mounting the MAC motor to the machine is a simple process. The unit can be mounted in any orientation. The pinions and belt pulleys can be mounted directly onto the shaft because the design of the bearing assembly makes the application of high radial loads possible. The product is delivered with a rating plate which is attached to its housing. If a second rating plate is ordered, it is placed over the original one with double-sided tape. Both the rating plates can be seen on the housing of the servomotor.
