This means it is touch-proof, dustproof, and impervious to multidirectional water jet sprays, making it ideal for use under poor environmental conditions. Its power, encoder, and tacho feedback cables also belong to this protection category. The motor has a high overload capacity because heat is efficiently dissipated from its stator windings to the exterior walls of its housing.
