Product Description

The Bosch Rexroth MAC112C-0-ED-4-C/130-A-1/W1520LX/S05 is a reliable AC servomotor that is intended for use in industrial environments. It is used with a suitable drive controller. The device is equipped with a holding brake, the holding torque of which is 40 Nm. The brake works on the closed-circuit principle. It should be noted that the holding brake is not a working brake because it can wear down after 20,000 motor revolutions. The unit should be properly grounded to the drive amplifier. When wiring the product, the terminal diagrams provided by the machine manufacturer must be followed. The MAC motor should be stored in a dry environment that is completely free from dust and shocks. The permissible storage and transport temperature of the device is between -25°C and +85°C. The unit has protective covers on its output shaft and connector housing. Made of plastic, these covers protect the components they cover against damage and moisture. The user should not remove these covers until shortly before mounting the motor into the machine. Impacts must be avoided on the output shaft and heavy loads because this could damage the motor. The MAC motor has the following electrical connections: a power connection, a tacho feedback connection, and an incremental encoder connection. The mounting flange of the product is designed in such a way that it is possible to mount as per design B5, i.e., mounting with a flange with through holes. When the motor is mounted in the IM V3 or IM V19 position, care should be taken that liquids do not collect at the output shaft for a long period. It should be noted that even shaft sealing does not prevent liquids from penetrating into the motor housing along the output shaft.
