Product Description

The Bosch Rexroth MAC112C-0-ED-4-C/130-A is a versatile AC servomotor launched by Bosch Rexroth. The motor, in conjunction with a TDM, KDS, or DSC drive controller, is especially well-suited for use in machine tools, printing presses, textile machines, packaging machinery, robotics, handling equipment, and transfer facilities. The device portrays a brushless design with electronic commutation. The unit has permanent magnets in its rotor, which contribute to its very low inertia. The product is cooled by the natural convection method. It has a pilot diameter of 130 mm. The MAC motor is equipped with tacho feedback and a mounted encoder. The tacho feedback is meant for speed evaluation per tacho generator and rotor position recognition. It is always integrated into the servomotor. The mounted encoder, incremental or absolute, is intended for position evaluation on the motor. The product sports a special windings design which makes the machine run smoothly. Hence, the motor is especially suitable for use in grinding machines and precision lathes. The power connection of the MAC motor is directed to side A. The power, tacho feedback, and encoder cables are connected directly to the motor using connectors on the corresponding flanged sockets. The device can be operated in a stationary manner under weatherproofed conditions as per IEC 721-3-3, the 1987 edition, or EN 60721-3-3, the 6/94 edition. The motor housing is painted with a black prime coat. An extra layer of paint can cover this prime coat. However, the thickness of the layer should not exceed 40 mm. The mounting flange of the motor is designed in such a way that mounting as per design B5, i.e., mounting with flange with through holes, is possible.
