MAC090C-1-GD-4-C/110-A-2/WA611XX/S013 is an AC motor with 3000 RPM speed rating and a number of features that make it an ideal choice for a wide range of applications. The motor is available in an IP65 rated housing. The first digit of the rating indicates the level of solid ingress protection and the second digit indicates the level of liquid ingress protection. An IP65 rating indicates complete dust protection. It also indicates protection from water coming from low-pressure jets. In essence, a housing with IP65 rating is ideal for a wide range of working environments. The motor has a brushless design and bearings that do not require periodic lubrication. Maintenance-free MAC motor operation reduces operating expenditure significantly. However, operators and staff must read and implement all safety precautions mentioned in the product documentation.   

Improper use of Bosch products invalidates their warranty. In addition, Bosch does not accept liability for damages occurring due to improper use of its industrial products. Any damage or injury caused by improper Bosch product use is the sole responsibility of the operator. An axial cooling fan installed on the MAC090C-1-GD-4-C/110-A-2/WA611XX/S013 motor provides superior heat dissipation. This fan requires 230 Volts AC input. If required, operators can also order radial cooling fans for their MAC motors. An optional blocking brake rated for 14 Nm holding torque is installed on the motor.  This brake acts as a safety device by preventing accidental motor shaft rotation. The MAC090C-1-GD-4-C/110-A-2/WA611XX/S013 supports tacho feedback for speed measurement and encoder feedback for position measurement. Its power plug is on side A of the housing. Mass of the motor is 23 kilograms and mass of the blocking brake is 0.5 kilograms.
