The Bosch Rexroth MAC090C-0-KD-2-C/130-A-1/S003 is a best-in-class AC servomotor that is equipped with a standard blocking brake. The holding torque of the brake is 6.5 Nm. The brake clamps the output shaft of the motor in standstill mode. The device is a permanent magnet-excited motor featuring electronic commutation. The unit has tacho feedback for evaluating the speed of the motor and recognizing its rotor position. The product has a 12-pin flanged socket for the feedback connections. The unit sports a compact construction, which makes it easy to mount and install.

The servomotor can be directly used within the machine’s working area even under adverse environmental conditions, including the effects of coolants and soluble oil emulsions. This is because the housing of the unit is enclosed as per the IP 65 protection category. The temperature of the product is monitored using thermo switches present in the winding and stator housing.
