The MAC090C-0-GD-4-C/110-A-1/WI520LV/S005 product is a servo motor specially designed for industrial automation applications such as transfer facilities, robotics, printing presses and handling equipment. Bosch is a pioneer in design and manufacturing of these motor with a broad power spectrum and features. The MAC090 AC servo motor comes in 3 lengths and is rated for use with applications specified by the manufacturer. It provides maximum data output when operated in ambient temperature above 0 and below +45 degree Celsius. If needed to store the device, the temperature should be kept above -20 and below +80 degree Celsius. The motor needs to be powered by an AC source and it can be installed at a maximum height of 1000 meters above sea level. The housing of the motor is insulated with class F specification and covered in a prime black coat (RAL 9005). The lifetime lubricated bearing incorporated in this model allows smooth running at a nominal speed of 3,000 revolutions per minute. When at a standstill position, the motor generates a continuous torque of 9.6 Nm and 24.8 A current. The motor has a mass of 23 kg which necessitates careful handling during mounting. The AC servo motor by Rexroth Indramat has 60 minutes thermal time constant and promises 196 A of maximum peak of pulse current. The motor has 110mm centering diameter and offers power connectors at the A side of housing. The housing sides are labelled to avoid confusion during installation. A standard tacho-feedback module is incorporated that functions to enhance motor output control assisted by an encoder. The AC motor is well-suited for use in conjunction with TDM, KDS and DSC drive controllers by Rexroth.
