MAC090B-0-PD-1-B/110-B-0-I01250 is an industrial servo motor. It is developed by Bosch Rexroth. The brushless design and support for electronic commutation improves reliability and enables motor use in a wider range of environments. Use of life-time lubricated bearings is another factor that contributes to maintenance-free MAC motor operation. A robust IP65 rated housing, IP65 compliant cable connection, and optimal shaft seal ensure robust ingress protection leading to high reliability and reliable performance. Use of permanent magnets allow construction motors of MAC motors with low inertia. Integrated tacho feedback provides accurate speed and position evaluation. MAC motors support an additional encoder for added sensing. Multiple shaft options are available including plain shafts and shaft with keyway. Multiple cooling options are also available, including natural convection and surface cooling. The MAC090B-0-PD-1-B/110-B-0-I01250 motor is designed for convection cooling. It has a shaft without a seal. The main power connection is on side B of the motor housing. Centering diameter of the moor is 110 millimeters. This motor weighs 18 kilograms. Length of the motor housing is approximately 342 millimeters. A 140 millimeter flange is affixed to the motor. This flange allows secure motor mounting to the machine.
