Product Description

The MAC071A-0-ES-4-C/095-B-0/WA612XX/S01 Bosch Rexroth AC servomotor has an incremental encoder for feedback apart from the standard tacho feedback. This servomotor uses the tacho feedback for rotor position recognition and speed evaluation per tacho generator. The product has a nominal motor speed of 4000 min-1. This device is associated with a 5 x 5 x 22 matching key that must be ordered separately for balancing its output keyway shaft. The unit features natural convection cooling style. Its cables are connected to the motor directly through the connectors on the corresponding flanged sockets. This motor is free of any blocking brake. The product related output shaft is fitted onto its rotor on side A. This device starts showing reduced performance if the operating temperature increases above 45 °C. The unit is protected by its covers and housing that are designed and constructed as per the guidelines mentioned in DIN 40 050 specifications. Its longitudinal axis has a maximum shock duration of 22 ms. This motor is painted with a black prime coat over its housing. The product is not affected by soluble oil emulsions. This device uses a mounting flange with throughholes for Design B5 mounting. The servomotor encounters a multi-axial stress state at its shaft-hub connection point because of torsion and bending. This unit must be kept dry all the time during operation, transport and/or storage. It must neither be tipped nor dropped when it is being handled or transported. The product comprises bearings that may get damaged when there is a heavy impact on the output shaft. This device does not need a blower to support the cooling action. The unit-associated power connector faces side B.
