The MAC063B-0-GS-2-C/095-A-1/S020 is a reliable AC servo motor manufactured for assisting in servo control of the assembly and production lines in modern industries. This model has been designed to function as a rapid response drive in the industry. It can be used in combination with the advanced TDC, DSC, and KDS drive controllers of the company. The servo motor excels at option control tasks required for the automation of machine tools and handling equipment. This model has been designed for the control of printing presses, packaging machinery, industrial robots, and transfer facilities. This model also uses powerful magnets similar to other AC motors manufactured by the company. The use of a special material in the permanent magnets in the motor allows its construction with very low rotor inertia.

This enables the motor to execute fast pace acceleration and deceleration movements. This also enables the motor to assist in start stop movements required for positioning and pick and place applications. On the front side of the motor, a feedback system has been installed. This makes possible real time control and adjustment of the drive parameters. The system also supports various encoder models including a customer specific encoder that can be mounted on one end of the shaft. This is in addition to the absolute and incremental encoder types that can be installed on the motor. The motor has a nominal speed of 3500 rpm and a mass of just 3.9 kg. The motor has a thermal time constant of 30 min and comes with a torque constant of 0.42 Nm/A.
