Surface cooling increases the motor's thermal capacity, allowing it to maintain a constant torque of 12.0 Nm. When surface cooling is provided, the motor may produce 14 A to improve torque without exceeding thermal constraints, even if it is operating in standstill mode with a single-phase input of 11 A. For systems requiring both high accuracy and seamless operation, this motor generates fine control at 22 × 10⁻⁴ kg·m² moment of inertia.
