The KSM02.1B-061C-35N-M1-HG2-ET-SD-D7-TO-FW is a motor integrated servo drive produced by Rexroth Inramat for application in industrial production systems. It is a multipurpose device that can simultaneously operate as a servo motor and a drive controller. This device can be configured to meet the operation requirement of different production systems such as the paper converting system, handling system, conveyor system, and lots more. This drive controller is also a very compact and small device; it is about 90 percent smaller than a conventional servo drive; the small size of this drive makes the installation of the drive into any position in the servo drive very simple and straightforward.

The KSM02.1B-061C-35N-M1-HG2-ET-SD-D7-TO-FW is not designed with an internal fan or a liquid cooling chamber; the little heat generated by the controller can be easily controlled by the simple process of natural convection. The drive also uses a hybrid cable which serves as both the power cable and the motor feedback cable; the application of the hybrid cable also reduces the wiring cost of the servo drive by about 90 percent. The KSM02.1B-061C-35N-M1-HG2-ET-SD-D7-TO-FW is also a self-diagnostic device that has been designed to independently detect operational error and alert the operator through the light-emitting diodes present on the housing of the servo drive.
