IndraDrive Mi is an innovative drive system manufactured by Rexroth Bosch Group. Some of the components of the IndraDrive drive system include KSM servo drives, KMS drive controllers, hybrid cables, and KCU electronic control systems. The KSM servo drives consist of synchronous servo motors and electronic drive systems alongside power sections as well as control sections. The KSM drive controllers are comprised of compactly designed power sections and control sections. The hybrid cables are used for communication as well as power connections. The KCU electronic control systems supply power to the KSM servo drives and KMS drive controllers from the DC bus connection to the HCS converter or HMV supply unit. These electronic control systems have integrated fuses which protect the hybrid cables from electric overload.

The KSM series of servo drives are available in four different sizes which include 041, 061, 071, and 076. Each of the KSM servo drives available with the IndraDrive Mi drive system has a shaft which has been sealed with a shaft ring. These servo drives also feature single-turn or multi-turn optical encoders, integrated Motion Logic according to IEC 61131-3, and an optional holding brake.
