Product Description:
The KSD076C-0350-NN-S3-1G0-NNNN is an integrated servo motor produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the KSD IndraDrive Mi Motors series. As a combined motor-drive module, it supplies decentralized axis control directly on the machine frame, minimizing cabinet wiring and streamlining multi-axis automation lines. The unit converts power from a shared DC link into controlled mechanical motion, providing closed-loop positioning and velocity regulation for conveyors, packaging stations, and material-handling gantries.
It operates from a bus supply of DC 750 V, and at that input, the inverter section can deliver a continuous mechanical output of 1200 W. Peak mechanical capability reaches 29 Nm of torque, while thermal standstill torque is 8.7 Nm when the winding temperature is 60 K above ambient. The rotor’s mass moment of inertia is 0.00430 kg·m², supporting fast acceleration without excessive drive current. Heat generated in the stator is removed by natural convection, so no auxiliary blower or liquid circuit is required. Installation must therefore allow air to pass freely around the housing. The motor maintains acceptable winding temperatures over time with a thermal time constant of 25 minutes, which is suitable for medium-duty production cycles.
Power, feedback, and brake conductors are combined in a hybrid connector, simplifying daisy-chain wiring between adjacent axes. Position feedback is generated by a capacitive Hiperface single-turn encoder that resolves each mechanical revolution into 16 signal periods, allowing the drive to perform precise interpolation through the Multi-Ethernet master interface. The back EMF constant is 113.8 V/1000 rpm, which the drive uses for field-oriented control and overspeed monitoring. Communication with higher-level controllers is provided through the integrated Multi-Ethernet port, which supports protocols such as EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, and PROFINET. The unit does not include integrated functional safety features, so any required STO or SS1 functions must be implemented externally.
