Product Description:
The KSD076C-0350-NN-S1-1G2-NNNN is a distributed servo motor designed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the KSD IndraDrive Mi Motors series. Drive electronics are built into the housing, allowing the unit to mount close to the mechanical load and connect to a common DC bus instead of a remote cabinet inverter. This architecture is used in packaging, assembly, and material-handling cells where compact axes and minimal wiring can simplify installation and reduce heat inside the control panel.
The motor is energized from a shared 750 V DC bus, allowing regenerated energy to return to the common bus during deceleration. Under locked-shaft conditions, it sustains a continuous stall torque of 8.7 Nm without exceeding its thermal limit, while its rated output power reaches 1240 W for steady motion tasks. Position feedback comes from an optical single-turn absolute encoder with a resolution of 128 × 2^13 per revolution, allowing the controller to interpolate fine increments for accurate positioning. The enclosure has an IP65 rating, preventing dust ingress and protecting the electronics against low-pressure water jets in washdown areas. These protections support installation near machinery where airborne particles or occasional water exposure may be present.
Acceleration peaks are handled by a maximum torque of 29.0 Nm, allowing short bursts to overcome inertial loads. When power is removed, an integrated brake secures the axis with a holding torque of 16.0 Nm and releases after a 50 ms delay. The motor has a torque constant of 1.85 Nm/A, providing a linear relationship between current and generated torque across its operating range. Heat absorption follows a thermal time constant of 25 min, permitting intermittent overloads before the winding temperature reaches its limit. The rotor inertia is 0.00446 kg·m², balancing responsive speed changes with load-matching requirements. A plain shaft mates directly with clamp or shrink-fit couplings without introducing stresses associated with a keyway.
