Product Description:
The KSD076C-0350-NN-M1-1P0-NNNN is an integrated servo motor and drive unit produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the KSD IndraDrive Mi Motors series. The device combines a synchronous motor with onboard inverter electronics to save cabinet space and reduce wiring in modular automation lines. Used as a positioning axis or speed-regulated spindle, it accepts power and communication through a single hybrid cable, allowing motion control nodes to be distributed directly on the mechanical frame.
The motor delivers a continuous holding torque of 8.7 Nm at standstill, so it can maintain static loads without overheating when motion is paused. Its electromagnetic design provides a torque constant of 1.85 Nm/A; therefore, each ampere commanded by the drive produces predictable rotary force for closed-loop control. Peak phase current is limited to 17.7 A, which supports proper conductor sizing and fuse selection on the shared Mi power bus. Mechanical output under rated operating conditions reaches 1240 W, making the axis suitable for mid-range handling or feeder tasks. The back electromotive force constant is 113.8 V/1000 rpm, matching IndraDrive regulators that operate from the common DC link.
Dynamic events such as acceleration bursts are supported by a peak torque of 29.0 Nm, giving the axis enough reserve to overcome inertia and friction peaks. The rotor has a mass moment of inertia of 0.00430 kg·m², allowing quick speed changes while minimizing vibration transmitted to adjacent modules. During continuous cycling, the integrated electronics dissipate 165 W of heat into the housing. The thermal time constant is 25 minutes, and unobstructed airflow around the frame helps keep the winding temperature within its permitted limits. For environments containing dust or coolant spray, the assembly has an ingress protection rating of IP65. An internal DC-bus capacitance of 0.024 mF balances supply ripple and supports brief regenerative events between connected axes.
