Product Description:
The KSD061C-0350-NN-M3-1P0-NNNN is a frameless servo motor-drive unit manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the KSD IndraDrive Mi Motors series. It integrates power electronics, feedback, and mechanical output in one housing so distributed axes can be installed directly on packaging, material-handling, or pick-and-place machinery. By receiving DC bus energy from an IndraDrive supply and modulating phase currents internally, the device produces controlled shaft motion for positioning tasks in industrial automation. This arrangement places the drive function close to the axis, helping keep machine layouts compact and reducing the amount of separate motor wiring.
This model delivers a rated mechanical output of 895 W. It can maintain a continuous torque of 6.0 Nm, while short peak demand can reach 25.0 Nm during starting or acceleration. The motor has a torque constant of 2.03 Nm/A, and the inverter can supply up to 14.9 A during dynamic motion. Continuous operation supports steady running under normal load, while the higher peak torque is available for brief changes in speed or load. These values describe the output range available for servo-driven loads such as belt axes, linear guides, and geared mechanisms.
The voltage constant is 125.0 V/1000 rpm, which indicates the back EMF produced as speed increases. The housing is sealed to IP65, helping block dust and low-pressure water jets in industrial service. Position feedback is provided by a Capacitive Hiperface multi-turn 16 periods encoder, so absolute position remains available after a power cycle. Rotor inertia is 0.00087 kg·m², which supports quick acceleration response while limiting sluggishness in short indexing moves. The motor also uses a class 155 winding system, has an 18-minute thermal time constant, and transfers output through a 6 × 6 × 32 mm keyed shaft. The permissible axial load is 20 N.
