The KMS02.1B-A018-P-D7-ET-ENH-SD-WE-FW is manufactured by Rexroth Bosch for the controlling of the operation of the motors. The KMS02 is a near motor servo drive and perform as the inverter with the control sections. The KMS02 is designed to control electric motors and monitor their operation. These devices with different power and interfaces are used effectively in the mounting and handling system, food and packaging machines, printing machines, paper converting machines, and machine tools.

The KMS02.1B-A018-P-D7-ET-ENH-SD-WE-FW model is the product in KMS with the generic basic performance. The maximum control voltage input of the near motor servo drive is 30-42V with a power consumption of 17.5W control voltage and the rated power voltage varies from 540-750V DC. With the exterior heat sink, natural cooling convection is placed for cooling the device. The device has a 750V DC bus voltage. The KMS02 has multi-Ethernet master communication. The ENH encoder preface is placed with the safety motion. It has an angular connector, motor, and encoder connection with the external master communication multi-Ethernet (2*M12). The additional feature of the device has the shafts with the sealing shafts. It has 1 electronic drive for monitoring of the motor operation.

The KMS should use hybrid cables for power and communication to minimize the cabling requirement. The integrated fuse aids in emergency options and monitoring precise operation. The near motor servo drive allows standard mounting but within the range of 1000 meters altitude.
