The cabinet-free drive technology by Bosch-Rexroth offers stat-of-the-art reliable, efficient and ultra-fast near-motor driver, the “KMS02.1B-A018-P-D7-ET-ENH-S3-NN-FW”. The near-motor servo-driver is a decentralized inverter with control electronics and firmware. This ultra-modern technology of the IndraDrive servo motors is specially designed to provide efficient control and monitoring for industrial servo motors with fast response and greater scalability. Bus-communication network and easy integration with servo motors, drivers, HMIs, sensors and communication/visualization platform are the embedded features of this versatile servo driver. Besides, the other features of gain tuning, smooth motor operation and software analysis / monitor function, the KMS02.1B-A018-P-D7-ET-ENH-S3-NN-FW near-motor servo driver also provide high-speed and high-precision motion control for a wide range of industrial automation applications. The electronics module of the near-motor drive comprises of an efficient electronics control-drive and robust power generation circuit. The embedded programming module is an ultrafast algorithm for monitoring and controlling servo motor functions with inbuilt memory. The firmware is stored in the programming module. The product implements natural convection cooling mechanism by coupling the electronics to the body housing.
The IndraDrive “KMS02.1B-A018-P-D7-ET-ENH-S3-NN” is fully adoptable to servo motors designed by the Bosch-Rexroth as well as other 3rd Party servo motors. The product is made for both linear and rotary motors with ultra-fast control. The hybrid cable for communication and power is supplied in ready-made form with connectors. The drive is designed with embedded “safe-motion (without SBC)”safety-technology. The maximum drive current is 18amp and DC-Bus input voltages are 750VDC. It offers Multi-Ethernet communication interface to connect with other industrial relevant accessories and systems. The IP65 protection category is ensured for the driver which grades the driver safer to be operated in harsh industrial environments. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
