The KDW 1.1-100-300-W1-220 is a power supply module produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the KDS Servo Drive Modules series. Within a closed-loop drive system, it converts incoming three-phase energy into a stable DC link that feeds multiple servo inverters, allowing coordinated motion control on assembly lines, packaging machinery, transfer systems, and similar industrial equipment. The designation 1.1 identifies the module as Model 1, Series 1 in the product line and indicates its placement within the family.
Its continuous current capability is 93 A, providing steady DC bus energy during prolonged duty cycles. For dynamic events such as simultaneous axis acceleration, the module can deliver a peak current of 100 A. The internal link circuit is regulated at 300 V ±15%, a level matched to compatible inverter input stages. Heat generated by copper losses is removed by forced ventilation, and the factory-mounted LE4 external fan unit maintains uniform airflow across the heat sink.
