Bosch Rexroth Indramat's KDS 1.1-100-300-W0-220 is a servo-drive module in the KDS Servo Drive Modules series. The device converts a shared DC link into regulated three-phase output for servo motors and fits a single slot in multiaxis automation cabinets. It bridges the motion controller and the mechanical load by delivering commanded current that maintains stable velocity and torque during production. Because it is intended for rack-based systems, the module can operate alongside other axis amplifiers that share the same power source and cabinet structure.

The amplifier supplies a continuous current of 45 A, and it can momentarily deliver a peak of 100 A to support rapid acceleration without exceeding thermal limits. Its conversion capability tops out at 30 kW, matching medium-power machinery. A nominal link circuit level of 300 V DC ±15% keeps the unit compatible with standard Indramat supply modules. Protection class IP 10 prevents ingress of large solid objects when the module is mounted inside a closed cabinet. Heat is removed through natural convection, although a 220 V AC, 50 to 60 Hz terminal is provided for an optional cabinet fan when additional airflow is needed. The fan connection supplements the cabinet air path rather than replacing the module's normal cooling method. The permissible ambient range is +5 to +45 °C with no derating, and installation is allowed up to 1000 m above sea level before extra cooling factors apply. Total mass is 15.2 kg, which keeps the module within a manageable handling range during cabinet assembly. With model code 1 and series designation 1, the unit follows the layout used by early KDS modules for consistent placement in a compatible drive assembly.
