The KDS 1.1-030-300-W0-115 servo drive module is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and belongs to the KDS Servo Drive Modules series. In an automation rack, this unit supplies controlled current and voltage to synchronous or induction motors, translating command signals from a higher-level controller into controlled torque and speed. Its integrated power electronics, monitoring circuits, and convection-based cooling allow it to serve as the central power stage in packaging lines, material handling axes, and processing machines.

During steady operation, the drive can deliver a continuous current of 25 A, corresponding to a continuous mechanical output of 9 kW. Transient demands can reach 30 A, giving additional headroom for acceleration or braking. The power stage is energized from a link circuit held at 300 VDC and maintained within ±15% of nominal by the shared supply module. The protection category is IP10, which keeps conductive parts behind the housing and requires installation inside an enclosed panel. Insulation class C and humidity class F support operation in industrial atmospheres. With a mass of 14.1 kg, the module mounts vertically beside other KDS units without additional support hardware.
