The IKG4169 motor power cable is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the IKG Motor Power Cables series. It forms the dedicated link between a Rexroth drive controller and a synchronous servo motor, transmitting three-phase supply power and low-level control signals in a single assembly. The controller-side plug is an RLS0723 quick-lock connector, while the motor end has a keyed INS0481 housing that provides a secure connection without requiring tools. This prefabricated harness provides consistent shielding, strain relief, and grounding without the need for field crimping.
Inside the cable, the core geometry follows the INK0605 bulk cable reference, with individually insulated conductors arranged concentrically around a protective drain wire. The primary circuit uses four copper leads with a cross-sectional layout of 4 × 10.0 mm², supporting continuous motor current with reduced thermal rise. Two groups of auxiliary cores with a layout of 2 × 1.0 mm² + 2 × 1.5 mm² carry brake-release and temperature-sensing signals, eliminating the need for separate service cables.
