The IKG4136 motor power cable is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and supplied under the IKG Motor Power Cables series. It is intended to link an IndraDrive controller to a synchronous servo motor, carrying three-phase power along with feedback and brake conductors in one assembly. By providing fixed and dynamic routing capability, the cable simplifies installation inside machine tools, packaging systems, and material-handling cells that rely on coordinated motion.

The main power circuit is built around four conductors sized at 4 × 6.0 mm², so the cross-section supports the current drawn by mid-frame servo motors without excessive heating. End-to-end voltage drop is limited by a conductor resistance of 3.30 Ω/km, an important parameter when cable runs approach cabinet-to-axis distances of several meters. The insulation system is rated for 600 V AC, matching the output of standard 400 V drives and leaving headroom for regenerative peaks. When permanently installed, the copper can operate at up to +90 °C; the rating falls during continuous flexing, but the cable still supports reliable motion inside cable tracks. External abrasion and oil exposure are mitigated by a PUR outer jacket that resists cutting and coolant ingress.

The drive end uses an RLS0721/K06 circular connector, while the motor end terminates in an INS0381/C06 plug, eliminating field crimping and maintaining the required pin assignment for the power and auxiliary control leads. Two shielded signal pairs, sized at 1.0 mm² and 1.5 mm², are integrated alongside the power cores to carry temperature sensor and brake signals. All elements are wrapped in a total foil-and-braid shield that improves resistance to electromagnetic interference. The bright RAL 2003 orange jacket allows energized motor wiring to be identified quickly on crowded machine frames and follows European color conventions for movable power cables.
