The cable’s construction supports continual movement inside energy chains, so it can be routed along linear axes, gantries, and robotic carriages where ordinary wiring would fail under repetitive flexing.
Mechanical durability is defined by 5,000,000 bending cycles, allowing long service life in drag-chain installations. Its hybrid core follows a 4x1.5 mm² + 2x(2x0.75 mm²) layout, so power conductors and paired control leads share a common sheath. Conductor resistance at 20 °C is 13.3 Ohm/km, limiting voltage drop on extended runs. The power cores are rated for 300/500 V, and the outer jacket is extruded from PUR, which offers abrasion, oil, and weld-spatter resistance.
