The IKG0330 is a flexible motor power cable manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the IKG Motor Power Cables series. It supplies motor power and carries auxiliary control signals through integrated pilot conductors, allowing installation between inverter outputs and servo or induction motors in automated machinery. The cable supports continuously moving axes, making it suitable for energy-chain routing and other applications that involve repetitive motion in factory automation.
The cable has a mechanical endurance of 5,000,000 cycles, indicating how many reciprocating movements it can withstand before conductor or insulation fatigue becomes critical. Fine wire strands meet the IEC Class 6 designation, increasing flexibility compared with coarser conductor classes and reducing stress on the copper cores. Four power conductors with a cross section of 4 × 0.75 mm² carry the motor phase currents. A separate pair of 2 × 0.5 mm² control conductors can connect to thermal sensors or brakes.
