Its conductors use TPE insulation, which helps resist cracking while maintaining reliable dielectric performance under flexing. Service temperatures extend from a stationary minimum of -50 °C to a continuous maximum of +80 °C, supporting operation in both cold storage areas and warmer process environments. During motion, the bend radius must remain at least 10 x Cable OD to reduce conductor fatigue and preserve stable electrical performance.

A PUR outer jacket adds abrasion resistance, oil resistance, and halogen-free flame performance without making the cable overly stiff.
