The IKG0061 motor power cable is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat as part of the IKG Motor Power Cables series. It connects drive inverters to moving servo or induction motors, carrying three-phase power together with brake and sensor lines in one sheath. The cable is designed for continuous motion in drag chains and robotic axes, which simplifies installation while meeting the electrical demands of Rexroth drive systems. Its flexible design also accommodates the repeated movement commonly found in automated production cells.
The cable has a capacitance of 0.8 nF/m, which affects inverter switching currents, and a conductor resistance of 4.95 Ω/km, which influences copper losses over long runs. Its internal conductor layout consists of 4 × 4.0 mm² power cores, two 1.0 mm² signal cores, and two 1.5 mm² signal cores. The outer jacket measures 17.0 mm in diameter. For stationary routing, the cable can be formed to a minimum bend radius of 5 × D, while dynamic installations require a minimum radius of 7.5 × D. The operating temperature for moving applications ranges from -20 to +40 °C, while fixed installations can operate from -30 °C to +40 °C. Conductor temperatures can reach +80 °C during motion and +90 °C in fixed installations or storage. The bulk cable type is INK0603, and the matte, adhesion-free surface makes the cable easier to pull through gland plates and cable trays.

Its outer sheath is made from PUR (adhesion-free, matte), which provides resistance to oils, coolants, and abrasion. The cable is halogen-free, helping reduce the release of toxic and corrosive gases during a fire. For clear identification inside crowded control cabinets, the jacket is colored RAL 2003 orange. The durable sheath protects the conductors during repeated bending and movement, while its smooth surface helps prevent sticking in cable carriers.
