Product Description:
The HVR03.2-W045N-RE02 is a power supply module produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the HVR Power Supply Units series. As a centralized supply for Indramat drive packages, it converts three-phase mains energy into a stabilized intermediate circuit so multiple servo inverters can operate from one source. By combining line rectification, filtering, and monitoring in one enclosure, the unit supports synchronized motion axes and simplifies the electrical section of an automation cabinet. This arrangement reduces the amount of separate supply hardware required in systems with several servo axes.
The power input accepts 3 × AC 380 V to 480 V (±10%), allowing the same cabinet design to operate on different plant distribution voltages. Thermal management relies on a built-in air blower, which moves cabinet air across heat-generating components without external ducting. At full load, the unit can deliver 45 kW to the shared DC bus, and its regulated DC bus voltage helps downstream drives remain stable when the incoming line stays within the permitted tolerance. The unit is Design Version 2, matching the second design revision used for its control and diagnostic functions. This output level suits high-power inverters used on equipment such as gantries, presses, and other heavy-duty motion systems.
The identifier Series 03 places the module in the third series of this platform. Within a drive cabinet, it serves as the energy source for a common DC link, while axis-specific functions such as position and speed control remain inside the connected inverters. Its layout supports coordinated multi-axis systems where several drives draw power from one supply, and the integrated cooling arrangement helps remove heat from the module during operation. Because one supply can feed several inverters, the cabinet can be arranged around a central energy source instead of separate supply sections for each axis.
