Product Description:
The Bosch HVR02.1-W010N is a HVR series line 2 and design 1 power supply module. It belongs to HVR series and is designed to provide power for drive controllers which are part of Rexroth DIAX 04 control systems. The power supply module contains a rectifier which converts the three-phase input voltages to DC voltages. The ability of using one power supply for providing power to multiple drive controllers obviates the need to have more than one connection to the electrical supply. When HVR power supplies are operated in generator mode the regenerated energy is supplied back to the mains. With HVR power supplies the motor having permanent magnets can be braked by the short-circuit bus. When a main power supply failure occurs, the motors are braked by the built-in bleeder in the HVR unit. The HVR unit also supplies the control voltage for connected controllers.
The HVR02.1-W010N communicates with connected controllers via the control bus voltage and is equipped with monitoring functions. The HVR02.1-W010N can be connected to 3-phase AC supply at 380 to 480 Volts AC. Maximum rating of motors which can be connected to HVR series supplies is 36 kilowatts. Nominal power rating of the supply is 10 kilowatts. Voltage rating of the supply DC bus is 750 Volts. The DC bus peak power and continuous power ratings are 30 kilowatts and 10 kilowatts respectively. The DC bus can sustain 25 kilowatts power for a period 3 seconds. The regenerated bleeder power is 10 kilowatts and the peak regenerated power is 30 kilowatts. The HVR02.1-W010N is an air cooled supply with integrated blower. Approximate shipping weight of the supply unit is 21 kilograms. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
