The HNL05.1R-0234-N0352-N-A5-NNNF is a mains choke produced by Rexroth Indramat for industrial drive controllers and power supply units. This device helps to improve the efficiency of industrial machines suppressing low-frequency harmonics in the servo drive and providing the power required for step-up converter operation in the industrial servo system. This mains choke is designed specifically for industrial devices that are capable of regeneration. The housing of this choke is designed to prevent the penetration of solid foreign materials larger than 50 millimeters, however, this protection is not enough to protect the HNL05.1R-0234-N0352-N-A5-NNNF choke from foreign interference, thus operators must ensure it is securely installed in an external cabinet that meets at least the IP56 protection class.

The HNL05.1R-0234-N0352-N-A5-NNNF mains choke can generate a nominal inductance of about 234 microhenries under normal operating conditions. The choke also requires a main connecting voltage that falls between 525 to about 690 volts for optimum operation.
