Product Description:

Rexroth Indramat develops the HNL05.1R-0130-N0514-N-A4-NNNF choke for use in regenerative drive systems and converter setups. It helps reduce low-frequency harmonics in the power line and protects the connected drives from current feedback. This choke is designed for use with HMV/HCS drive controllers and it operates with a rated current of 514 A.

The HNL05.1R-0130-N0514-N-A4-NNNF choke is built for three-phase electrical power systems and it supports step-up DC bus power supply connections. The unit allows safe energy transfer within regenerative circuits and features a liquid cooling system, without the need for a ventilation blower. The HNL choke uses an open steel frame for heat dissipation and it works in ambient temperatures up to 313.15 K. Its core structure includes three laminated iron inductors, each inductor is placed in vertical alignment within the frame. Its design includes a yellow terminal block for safe wiring and the terminal block supports secure sensor along with grounding connections. The choke must be grounded using external protective cables and shielded wiring is required for high leakage current environments. The enclosure rating of this unit is IP00 and it requires installation inside a controlled cabinet that possess at least IP56 protection rating to safeguard the choke from external moisture and solid particles.

The HNL05.1R-0130-N0514-N-A4-NNNF choke requires a 3 x AC 380 V -15% to 500 V +10% supply and it has a nominal power dissipation value of 2694 W. Its inductance is 130 uH and it is built without silicon and asbestos materials. The HNL choke weighs 118 kg and possess dimensions of 320 mm L x 210 mm W x 380 mm D. It includes a base frame for bolted cabinet mounting and comes with a one-year warranty at Wake Industrial.
