The HNL05.1R-0100-N0190-N-A5-NNNN mains choke is an industrial accessory device manufactured by Rexroth Indramat to improve the efficiency of the industrial servo drive and power supply units used in the industrial servo system. This choke helps to suppress low voltage electrical harmonics and provides the power required for step-up converter operation when the DC bus voltage is greater than the mains voltage peak value. The HNL05.1R-0100-N0190-N-A5-NNNN industrial filter is a very durable device that can withstand harsh operating conditions, however, it is not designed with a housing unit thus operators should securely integrate it into an external cabinet that meets at least the IP56 protection class. This mains choke is designed specifically for industrial devices that are capable of regeneration, thus operators should ensure that the compactibility of the choke with an industrial machine is confirmed before the mains choke is integrated into the servo system.

The HNL05.1R-0100-N0190-N-A5-NNNN mains choke can generate a nominal inductance of about 100 Microhenry while drawing a rated current of about 190 amperes from the mains.
