The HNL05.1R-0040-N1019-N-A4-NNNN Bosch Rexroth mains choke comes with 05 line code. This choke prevents the overload of semiconductors due to a quick current rise when commutation takes place. The three-phase product has a rugged design and features high durability because of the high-quality materials used in its construction. This device helps the DC bus to gain high continuous power when used with a converter or a feeding supply. It lowers the system interference generated from rectifiers according to EN 61558 specifications. The unit is fitted in the supply cable to reduce commutation failure. The choke helps in enhancing the overall efficiency of the frequency converter by reducing the overall mains current.

This mains choke is primarily used with drives that have a high power rating. The product features full encapsulation. The device has 1 variant code. It supports a series connection in the feeder between the power system and the servo drive to lower the short circuit fault effect.
