Product Description

The HNF01.1A-F240-R0065 is a mains filter used in drive controllers along with power converters. The filter is UL Listed and CSA Certified. It has a nominal current rating of 65A. The device can be used with six-axis drive controllers. The maximum length used to connect the drive controller is 240m. The product has a power dissipation of 163W. There must be an isolating transformer between the unit and the mains when the filter is used at the grounded mains through an external conductor. The device should be mounted in the normal orientation. There must be a minimum of 80mm free space at the top and bottom of the device. This space should be free from mounted parts.

The mains filter has a tolerance of +/-10% and a tolerance input frequency of +/-2Hz. The device features a maximum allowed peak current of 163A. It does not support three-phase mains voltage at IT and corner-grounded-delta mains. The device can be used with up to 12 drives at a time. The drive controller that incorporates the filter supports operation with asynchronous servomotors from the manufacturer. The input terminals have a maximum connection cross-section of AWG 4 or 25mm2 and maximum tightening torque of 4.5Nm. The unit has a type-plate that highlights its key specifications.
