Product Description

The HMD01.1N-W0020 is a top quality inverter from Bosch Rexroth which is IndraDrive compatible. The unit is designed so that it has the capability of operating two motors that can work independently of each other. The unit can work with both HMV supply units as well as it will work well with HCS drive controller units as well. The unit is designed to be mounted in a cabinet along with any and all additional components that will be used in conjunction with it.

The unit is built with safety components to prevent overheating and burning up of the unit. As such if the voltage ever exceeds 33 volts the unit will discharge the extra voltage to ensure the protection of the device. The unit itself can accommodate power supply units up to 24 volts and will reduce incoming overvoltage if it exceeds the allowed value. These over voltage limiters can be found on the control cabinet input.  Any lines run parallel to the mains cables and power cables can absorb the overvoltage by means of capacitive coupling or inductive coupling.

You can connect an external 24 volt supply via an X13 connection or a 24 volt and 0 volts at the terminal block. The power section of the drive controller or the supply unit can be powered this way as well as the brake control can be powered via an X6 cable. The drive system itself can be connected via mains connections to achieve its power. Ensure with all connections that all supply requirements are met according to the right safety specifications to ensure safe operation of the HMD01.1N-W0020 as well as protection of your equipment and staff.
