The HMD01.1N-W0036-A-07-NNNN-AA is a double-axis drive controller built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the HMD Double Axis Drive Controllers series. It regulates torque, speed, and position for two servo or induction motors, allowing one housing to manage paired machine axes from a common control platform. The controller links the drive section to higher-level PLC motion commands through the Indramat drive bus, so coordinated positioning and speed changes can be handled across both channels. In automated assembly and material-handling equipment, it converts energy from a shared DC bus into modulated three-phase output so both axes can follow changing process demands.

Thermal control uses internal air cooling with an integrated blower, so heat is moved through the module without requiring external airflow through its internal heat sink surfaces.
