The HDS03.2-W100N-HS74-01-FW configured drive controller belongs to the DIAX04 family of controllers from Bosch Rexroth. This device experiences a leakage current of more than 3.5mA. The drive power connection of the unit must be isolated using an emergency stop circuit. The source codes of the product must not be altered. The drive controller is intended for controlling electrical motors as well as monitoring their operation. It can be used in motors that are deployed in the food and paper processing industry, printing and packaging machinery. The absolute encoder emulator plug-in module assists in the generation of absolute actual position values relating to the synchronous serial interface standards.

The configured drive controller must be stored and transported in a temperature range of -30°C and +85°C. The product must always be stored in a dry, shock-free and dust-free environment. Conducive packaging must always be used for storing the plug-in modules. The unit is connected to the associated control using an optic fiber that has to be ordered separately. The controller features Class C insulation in accordance with DIN VDE 0110 specifications. The device supports the use of only one DLF, DRF or DZF plug-in module at a time. A combination of these cards cannot be used.

The device has a power loss of 280W with the continuous current.
