The modular concept of the HDS01.1-K100-R Bosch Rexroth drive system assists a flexible combination of AC motor drive to create a compact package employing one standard unit. The standard HDS01.1-K100-R drive package is suitable as both servo and main industrial motors drive.  This efficient and fast-response drive is compatible with MKD, MHD, 1MB and 2AD AC industrial motors manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. The drive controller HDS01.1-K100-R is designed for use in single as well as multiple-axis drive and control applications. The HDS01.1-K100-R is the first generation drive controller of the HDS series, which features a factory assigned Cooling Type and supports a Rated Current of 100 Amperes. The controller type used in this drive is also factory assigned. Typical applications of the automation industry belonging to HDS01.1-K100-R drive controller are handling and mounting systems, packaging and food processing machines, printing and paper processing machines and machine tools.

 The Bosch Rexroth delivers the drive controller fully configured. A configured drive controller is made up of the drive controller basic unit, command communications module, software module, additional plug-in modules and a configuration type plate. The drive controller has to be programmed before starting it up, making it possible for the motor to execute the specific functions of an application. The HDS01.1-K100-R drive controller is intended for connection to a HVE or HVR supply module. These modules supply all the signal and power voltages which the controller requires. The command and communication module consists of SERCOS interface type DSS02.1M or ANALOG interface type DAE02.1M. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
