The HDC01.1-A040N-PB01-01-FW Bosch Rexroth drive controller must be cleaned only after it is switched OFF. The device must at no point in time be cleaned using aggressive cleaning agents or cleaning tools with sharp edges. The housing and heatsink of this product tend to become very hot during operation. The software and firmware modules of the unit have to be replaced after ensuring that there is no power supply to the controller. The power connector of the cables should be fitted or removed only after the power has been shut down. This device has a 40A current rating. Its parameters get activated automatically after the cooling fan has been remounted after removal and the controller is turned ON.

This drive controller must be equipped with a cooling air guide. The product has to be always connected as per the specifications listed in the machine terminal diagram.
