Bosch Rexroth is a manufacturer of different drive controllers, and one of these is the HCT02 drive controller. This product is considered as a multi-axis converter drive controller. It has a flat type construction with a forced-ventilated cooling system. This drive controller has three number of axes and four encoder evaluations. There are also two configurable slots for optional extensions if necessary. In terms of ambient temperature, this HCT02 drive controller has a temperature range of 0 to 40 degrees Celsius. Following the ambient temperature is necessary in order to prevent the drive controller from breaking. This drive controller has an ingress protection of IP 20. Unlike the IP 65 degree of protection that provided protection to both solid and liquid, this drive controller only has protection against solid elements with more than 12mm in diameter. There is no protection against liquid elements.

This multi-axis HCT01 drive controller has a feeding power supply with a basic control section design. For master communication, there is an embedded PC, LX 800, in the drive controller. This product also has a rated power of 0020kW. The mains connecting voltage is 3 x AC 200...500 V +-10%. As mentioned above, this item has a forced-ventilated cooling. The mode of cooling is through internal air, and this is made possible by the built-in blower. The firmware for this drive controller is available and should be ordered as a separate subposition.
