A multi-protocol drive converter, the HCS01.1E-W0054-A-03-B-ET-EC-EC-L4-NN-FW runs a Multi-Ethernet communications network that supports several protocols. It is best suited for the BASIC UNIVERSAL control section. A three-phase mains connection voltage between 200V to 500V with an allowance of ±10% is required for its function, and it has a maximum current rating of 54A. The drive converter is also equipped with an intelligent standard operating panel with a single-line display that shows real-time operating states, command and error diagnoses, and pending warnings. It has a multi-encoder interface that is compatible with several standard encoders. Hence, it is well-suited for Indradyn and third-party motors with a continuous output of 0.05 kW to 9 kW.

The safety technology of the HCS01.1E-W0054-A-03-B-ET-EC-EC-L4-NN-FW is Safe Torque Off with Safe Brake Control. Its protection rating is IP 20, which means that it prevents the entry of objects larger than 12mm; hence, it is dust-proof and touch-proof. This drive converter is designed to be mounted in a control cabinet, and its heat loss is via internal air cooling within this cabinet. To guarantee adequate function for multiple applications, this converter functions with IEC-compliant motion logic and industry-specific technology modules. It should be operated at a maximum ambient temperature of 40°C, maximum relative humidity of 95%, and maximum installation height of 1000m above sea level.
