The HCS01.1E-W0028-A-03-A-ET-EC-EC-NN-NN-FW drive controller offered by Bosch Rexroth is cooled by internal air circulation within its control cabinet. This controller can be used with an MSM, MCL, MSK or MS2N series motor from the same manufacturer. The product can implement scalable signal processing. This device has two optional encoders at the X8 connecting point with a 15-pin male D-Sub connector. The unit is recommended for DC bus coupling through a DC bus connector at the X77 connection point. It is possible to couple up to eight controllers at a common DC bus. The controller must include a Bb relay contact as part of the switch-off chain of its mains contactor when the coupling is implemented.

This product is cULus Listed. The device is fitted with a type plate that has all the required details at the time of service. This unit supports the insertion of a memory card with or without firmware. Its components are tested for insulation resistance in accordance with EN 60204-1 specifications. The controller operation has to take place for at least an hour when it is in storage for more than a year. This device mounting is possible directly on the rear, right-side or left-side mounting surface of the closed housing. The unit has breaking resistors on its rear that tend to become very hot during the operation period. It must be ensured that the specified horizontal distance is maintained with other equipment in the closed housing. The controller must feature direct contact with the control cabinet wall when right or left-side mounting is deployed. This product uses two M6 x 20 screws for its fitting. The device has high housing voltage due to improper connection.
