The HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-A-ET-EC-EM-SB-NN-FW is a model of the high-performance HCS drive converters designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is equipped with an encoder emulation interface; hence, absolute value and incremental encoder signals, which are galvanically isolated from the circuit board. These signals can be further evaluated by a control unit. Different Ethernet field bus systems are also compatible with the drive converter thanks to its Multi-Ethernet communication module. They include EtherNet/IP, sercos III, EtherCAT, and PROFINET IO. The HCS model has a maximum current rating of 13A, and its mains connecting voltage is a three-phase AC voltage ranging between 110V and 230V.

In addition, it belongs to category C3 according to IEC 61800-3. Hence, it is best operated in industrial areas. When used in residential areas, extra measures of interference suppression must be adopted. It should also be installed at a maximum height of 1,000m above mean sea level.
