The HCS01 drive converters are a part of Bosch Rexroth's Indradrive Cs family. They have many ingenious features that make them the tools of choice in several applications. These drive converters have a wide spectrum of Ethernet-based communications interfaces which can be combined with conventional communications like the PROFIBUS network. They have a detailed portfolio of Ethernet-based communications interfaces. Their typical areas of application include general automation, assembly, handling, machine tools, food and packaging machines, printing machines, and the semiconductor industry.

The HCS01.1E-W0006-A-02-A-CC-EC-PB-L3-NN-FW is designed to be used for ADVANCED control units. Its master communication is via the sercos III interface. This interface allows cross-communication used for communication between the connected drives and motors. It has an additional communication interface, the PROFIBUS network for communication between the control unit and field sensor. The drive converter accommodates a maximum current of 6A and a three-phase mains connection voltage requirement of AC 110 to 230 V with an allowance of ±10%.

There is a standard control panel in the HCS01.1E-W0006-A-02-A-CC-EC-PB-L3-NN-FW for programming. This control panel has a single-line display that shows operating states, command and error diagnoses, and pending warnings. It has four keys used to program the drive converter.
