The HCS01.1E-W0005-A-03-B-ET-EC-EP-S4-NN-FW is one of the highly functional drive converters in the HCS series of the IndraDrive Cs family by Bosch Rexroth. It features an engineering port and a standard control panel with a single-line display and four prominent keys. This control panel can be used as a programming module and displays operating states and pending warnings. Hence, it is a valuable tool for fault identification and rectification. A Multi-Ethernet master communication module in the drive converter allows connectivity via several Ethernet-based interfaces. The supported bus systems include sercos III, PROFINET IO, EtherNet/IP, and EtherCat. To operate the drive converter, a three-phase AC mains voltage between 200V and 500V is needed.

Standard encoder systems such as the MSK motor encoder, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with Hiperface, the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, and the MSM motor encoder can be connected to the HCS01.1E-W0005-A-03-B-ET-EC-EP-S4-NN-FW. This is due to its multi-encoder interface for encoder systems with 5V and 12V supply voltages. The drive converter’s cooling is achieved via an internal cooling system within its control cabinet.
