The Bosch HCS01.1E-W0003-A-02-A-CC-EC-EM-NN-NN-FW is an HCS series drive controller with an advanced control section. It is designed for industrial applications such as general assembly, semiconductor/wafer production and handling, label printing, digital printing and palletizing. The controller is deployed with a motor and controls motor torque, speed and position. The optimal combination of the controller is with MSM motors. Some combinations of the controller are possible with MSK motors. The controller is available in an IP20 rated housing. A control panel on the controller enables programming and monitoring of operating parameters. This control panel must be connected to the control section before the controller is switched on. The mains connection voltage is 110 to 230 Volts AC (three-phase). Maximum current at the controller output is 3.3 Amps and the rated output is 1.1 Amps.

Integrated communication options for HSC01.1 series controllers include SERCOS, SERCOS master and Multi-Ethernet. The HCS01.1E-W0003-A-02-A-CC-EC-EM-NN-NN-FW controller features SERCOS III interface which is used as a master for cross-communication. This interface complies with IEEE .802.3 standard. There are two RJ-45 interfaces. The recommended cable type is Cat5e. Long cables measuring up to 100 meters can be used with 48.75 millimeter minimum bend radius for flexible installation. Short cables are available for connecting devices arranged side by side in the control cabinet. The lengths for available short cables are 0.19 meters, 0.25 meters, 0.35 meters and 0.55 meters. The minimum bend radius for short cables is 30.75 millimeters. The HCS01.1E-W0003-A-02-A-CC-EC-EM-NN-NN-FW controller features a multi-encoder interface and an encoder emulation module. Three type plates are attached to the controller including a type plate for the controller, a type plate for the controller firmware and a type plate for the control panel.
