The HCQ02.1E-W0025-A-03-B-L8-1S-NN-NN-NN-NW micro control module is built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and belongs to the HCQ Micro Controls series. It combines a power supply section with an embedded control section, allowing it to accept three-phase utility power, create a regulated bus for drives, and issue real-time commands through the integrated SERCOS III master interface. This arrangement supports centralized coordination of axes, sensors, and probes in industrial automation cells. Because the power and control functions are housed together, the module can reduce the number of separate components required in a coordinated drive system.

The power section is rated for 25 kW, so it can supply bus energy for multiple drive channels. It connects to the mains over a nominal range of 3 × AC 200–500 V at 50 to 60 Hz with a ±10% tolerance, and it draws a continuous input current of 44.0 A under UL conditions. Internally, the converter generates an adjustable output of 3 × AC 0–500 V, which supports voltage-matched distribution to connected inverters. Thermal management is handled by an integrated internal-air blower, and the housing has an IP20 protection level for installation inside a closed electrical cabinet. The basic control section uses an LX 800 embedded PC platform, which keeps motion control and power conversion in the same unit.

For upstream protection, the supply line uses a class J fuse rated at 60 A, and the assembly withstands fault currents up to 42,000 A rms under UL short-circuit criteria. Machine-level signaling includes 32 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs, along with five encoder channels and four probe interfaces for position and trigger data. The combination of encoder and probe interfaces allows the controller to process feedback and capture timing events from connected machine devices. The device measures 455 mm × 320 mm × 191 mm and weighs 11.70 kg, so it fits mid-sized control enclosures without excessive mass.
