The FCS01.1E-W0032-A-04-NNBV industrial converter is a new generation device produced by Rexroth Indramat. This converter is a modular device that is renowned for its ability to display excellent control operation over a broad speed range. This frequency converter is designed with a sensorless current vector that ensures that the converter operates with an optimized frequency/voltage ratio at all times. The module lar design of this converter allows for the configuration of the frequency converter according to the industrial application for which it is to be used. This frequency converter can be used to control all types of three-phase electrical motors.
The FCS01.1E-W0032-A-04-NNBV frequency converter uses a three-phase electrical connector to receive electrical power from the mains, it can operate with a maximum electrical current of 32 Amperes and a rated electrical voltage that falls within 3×380 volts to 3×480 volts. The housing unit of this converter contains several interfaces through which the converter is connected to all other parts of the servo system, some of these connection interfaces include the RS 232 / RS 485 interface, 5 digital inputs, 2 analog inputs, and 2 relays AC230V / DC30V, 2A interfaces. The FCS01.1E-W0032-A-04-NNBV frequency converter contains an internal air blower that helps to regulate the temperature in the converter’s housing unit by forced ventilation.
The FCS01.1E-W0032-A-04-NNBV frequency converter operates with four separate parameter records which can be switched in online operation.
